I need enough information to understand what you're hoping to achieve from the session and to know where to focus my intuitive antenna. That's why I ask specific questions on the scheduling form—it helps me prepare and ensures we ask the right questions when talking with your pets. 

I don’t offer sessions when there is zero information shared about the animal, goals, questions or desired outcome. As in those cases, your pet might talk about all sorts of wonderful things that are important to them,, but not necessarily the topics you want addressed. This can lead to disappointment.

A common misconception about this work is that I instantly see and know everything about you and your pet as soon as we begin. That’s not how it works! I'm not a magic, all-knowing wizard (seriously, who would want to know everything about someone?). Your questions and participation help me focus and guide the session so everyone can feel heard and understood.

It’s best if the pet’s primary human is on the call with us. If that’s not possible, I’ll need clear verbal or written permission from the pet’s primary caregiver before we proceed.

I can communicate with all kinds of animals, though my specialty is working with domesticated pets.

I’m sorry, but I don’t offer services for locating lost pets.
Lost animals are often scared and on the move, making it difficult and costly to track them through animal communication.

For the best outcome, I recommend contacting a local animal tracker within 24 hours of your pet going missing.

Once you’re scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with helpful tips, including:

• Creating a quiet, distraction-free space for our call

• Tips on how to word questions to provide enough information without giving too much (so I can stay neutral as I translate your pet’s messages)

• How to prepare your pet for their session.

To do this highly subtle and sensitive work I need to be in an environment without distractions.

I find that having too many people on the call can be overwhelming and makes it harder for me to do my best work.

You are welcome to invite one extra person who is invested in the process, to be a part of our call.

It's important to know that sessions can be quite personal and your animal may share personal information about your life together. Please keep this in mind when choosing someone to join your session.
